The large majority of the 94 cases in which Mr. Aguirre and his firm obtained successful outcomes were brought on behalf of homeowners for construction defects in representative or class actions and also included cases for securities fraud, unfair competition, air disaster, and environmental damage. Ninety cases resulted in substantial monetary recoveries by settlement or trial. In the other four cases, Mr. Aguirre and his firm sought and obtained non-monetary relief.
